Short and plain

What we store. If you use the contact form: your name, how to reach you, and your goal. If you are a client: your training plan, your daily check-ins (water, steps, weight), the numbers from your assessment (age, height, weight, goal weight, activity) and your diet guidelines.

Who can see it. Leo, your coach. Derrick, who runs the app, can see it only to give tech support.

Never sold or shared. No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no cookies on this site. The app uses one login cookie so you stay signed in.

Where it lives. On a private computer run by Leo's Den, with backups on a private drive. Not on a big cloud service.

Leaving. Ask Leo and he will delete your data and its backups.

Not medical advice. Numbers in the app are guidance from your coach. Talk to a doctor about any medical condition.
